Landing on the Apple TV just under a month ago, ABC News has this week shared some insight into the amount of increase it has seen in viewer concentration, since the service became available on the streaming box.
Yes, it’s update day over at Apple’s Cupertino headquarters, and following the seeding of both iOS 8 (Beta 5) and OS X Yosemite (Developer Preview 5), earlier tonight, the company has in the last few hours also seeded a new version of its Apple TV software, that brings a significant change to the streaming box’s home screen.
The CW – an American television network that has been around since 2006, and marks a limited liability joint venture between both CBS Corporation and Time Warner, is dropping some of its hit TV seasons available to download on iTunes, to under $25 – this week.

HBO’s new comical drama about the rise and fall of tech heads in San Francisco‘s “Silicon Valley,” just became available to download on iTunes.

The company’s relatively new weekly initiative, “What To Watch This Weekend,” arrives packed with a handpicked selection of shows that the iTunes Editors themselves believe may be worthy of your attention.
Headlining this week’s guide is WGN America’s brand new war-time drama – Manhattan.
