Despite some initial doubts voiced at the end of last week, which included the theory that Apple may have been purposely stalling on giving the app the green light to be sold through its App Store – due to the implied competition the device poses to Apple Watch, the official mobile app for Pebble Time is now available for download.
Apple – who is in the midst of fully preparing to launch its long-anticipated wearable, tomorrow – appears to have taken a dislike to at least some iOS developers out there who are trying to get apps that connect with other smartwatch platforms, approved for download or sale on the iTunes App Store.
